The Business Development Center, 1701 North 2nd Street in Clinton, Missouri, is located in the lower level of the Truman Regional Education Center. Our business development program is tailored to assist small service business upstarts establish themselves and to assist them to grow through the first two years. Statistics show that the majority of small businesses fail within the first two years. This may be because while the owner has a great idea, he/she has no experience in the many facets of ownership.
The BDC was created to address those needs. Our tenants open their small business in our modern, state of the art office facility. Included within our reduced rent structure are amenities such as an attractive waiting area, receptionist services, voice over IP telephone system, high speed broadband internet service, printing services, conference facilities and other services.
